On Wednesday, July 25, 2012, Mr. Whitley obtained the following approvals before the Prince George’s County Board of Appeals on behalf of SM Waterford Estates LLC and K. Hovnanian Homes:

  • A variance of 3.9% net lot coverage on the premises known as Lot 34, Block A, Waterford Subdivision, located at 13101 Contee Manor Road, Bowie Maryland (Appeal No.: V-43-12);
  • A variance of 7.87% net lot coverage on the premises known as Lot 81, Block A, Waterford Subdivision, being 12701 Millside Lane, Bowie Maryland (Appeal No.: V-44-13);
  • A variance of 3% net lot coverage on the premises known as Lot 92, Block A, Waterford Subdivision, being 3402 Waterford Mill Road, Bowie Maryland (Appeal No.: V-45-12);
  • A variance of 2.9% net lot coverage on the premises known as Lot 97, Block A, Waterford Subdivision, being 12803 Contee Manor Road, Bowie Maryland (Appeal No.: V-46-12);
  • A variance of 3.6% net lot coverage on the premises known as Lot 93, Block A, Waterford Subdivision, being 12806 Contee Manor Road or 3400 Waterford Mill Road, Bowie Maryland (Appeal No.: V-47-12); and
  • A variance of 3% net lot coverage on the premises known as Lot 2, Block 2, Waterford Subdivision, being 3405 Waterford Mill Road or 12801 Gristmill Lane, Bowie Maryland (Appeal No.: V-48-12).
