On Thursday July 12, 2012, before the Prince George’s County Planning Commission, Mr. Whitley won approval of a Detailed Site Plan for a fifty one (51) child day care facility on behalf of the Palmer Park/Landover Boys & Girls Club. Approval of DSP#11004 paves the way for the facility to operate at the premise known as 7723 Barlow Road, Landover, Maryland.
