On February 13, 2013 Robert J. Antonetti, Jr. was honored to serve as a guest lecturer at University of Maryland School of Architecture (College Park), for students pursuing a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development. Mr. Antonetti spoke to students in an International Development class regarding land use entitlements in Maryland. He covered topics ranging from planning, zoning, subdivision, site plan and permits so as to give the students a comparison tool between their international development studies and the processes and procedures in their own backyard. His lecture was a great success and Mr. Antonetti looks forward to future opportunities to guest lecture at the University.
