On June 18, 2012, Dennis Whitley III won another appeal in Annapolis. The Maryland Court of Special Appeals issued an unreported opinion in the case styled, Winston Martin Holding Group, LLC v. Jason Fenwick, No. 741, September Term, 2010, holding that the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County abused its discretion when the Circuit Court denied Winston Martin’s Motion for a New Trial or in the Alternative for Reconsideration. Mr. Whitley’s victory in the Court of Special Appeals saved Winston Martin’s valuable commercial lot from an invalid sheriff’s sale.
